As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and efficiency of our restaurant in Ajman. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can lead and manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are being followed at all times
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and improve overall restaurant performance through regular analysis and evaluation
- Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and meet financial goals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Develop relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously strive to improve the restaurant’s offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in creating budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-saving measures
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
Benefits:
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
