Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure the accuracy of orders by communicating with the kitchen staff
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
• Process payments using POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
• Basic math skills to handle payments
• Fluent in Malayalam (preferred)

This is a temporary position without accommodation. We have shifts available for both morning and evening hours. This is an ideal job for freshers looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Starting salary is 1100 USD per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
