The Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Retail team in the UAE. This role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience to customers through a personalized, solution‑based sales approach while supporting the company’s vision of being a leader in the industry.
The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving individual and store sales performance by building strong customer relationships, promoting products effectively, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
What You Will Be Doing- Greet and engage customers in the showroom, advising them on products and solutions based on their needs.
- Showcase products and help customers discover how they can transform their living spaces.
- Build and maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems while managing relationships, opportunities, and follow‑ups.
- Act as a product and customer solutions expert among peers.
- Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Quality team to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Stay updated on products, initiatives, and promotions to effectively support customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, cash handling, safety, and security standards.
- Promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed on the sales floor.
- Support visual merchandising activities and assist team members when required.
- Maintain flexibility with work schedules based on business needs.

- Diploma or relevant certification; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within retail or customer‑facing environments.
- Experience in the ceramics or building materials industry would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business requirements.
