This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role based in Ajman. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote the company’s complete heating solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating terms within approved guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution specifications, timely order processing, and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Executive will track sales activities in CRM tools, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent the company at industry events or customer visits as required.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial, HVAC, or technical solutions environments.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals while maintaining long‑term client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical products, read basic technical specifications, and work closely with engineering or operations teams.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with decision‑makers.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, including managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and standard office software for reporting and documentation.
- Comfortable with on‑site client visits, site assessments, and occasional travel within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC market and a valid UAE driving license are considered strong advantages.
