Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our sales and marketing operations.

• Create and update furniture product listings on online platforms and marketplaces
• Enter, organize, and maintain customer and lead data from various platforms
• Update CRM and sales records accurately
• Contact leads via phone, Whats App, and email to verify requirements and schedule follow-ups
• Follow up with inquiries received through website, social media, Whats App, and online marketplaces
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Prepare quotations and basic sales documentation when required
• Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy
• Generate daily and weekly lead and sales activity reports
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry, telesales, sales coordination, or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM systems
• Experience handling online listings and lead management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• English language mandatory

• Experience in furniture, retail, e‑commerce, or interior industry
• Knowledge of ZOHO CRM, Hub Spot, or similar systems
• Experience handling social media and marketplace inquiries
• Immediate joiners preferred
