Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for industrial chemicals and laboratory solutions focusing on key accounts and new business development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and production managers within target industries to understand their unique chemical needs and application challenges.
  • Provide expert technical consultation on product selection, application, and performance leveraging deep knowledge of industrial chemical properties and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals demonstrating the value proposition of our chemical products and laboratory equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with product development and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product enhancement.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, safety standards, and emerging technologies relevant to industrial chemicals and laboratory practices.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas by effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities and forecasting sales accurately.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their specific pain points related to chemical supply and laboratory operations.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies within the chemical or laboratory equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical properties, applications, and laboratory workflows.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other relevant languages is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and customer success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
