Souk Commerce is a UAE-based online marketplace focused on professional haircare, beauty, skincare, salon and wellness products. Unlike traditional distributors we do not purchase, warehouse or hold supplier inventory. Our supplier fulfilment marketplace model allows approved suppliers to retain and fulfil their own inventory while we focus on customer acquisition, marketing, technology and marketplace growth. We are currently in the early stages of building the business and are seeking commercially minded individuals who want to help shape its next phase of growth.

Growth StrategyThis role is focused on identifying, qualifying and onboarding new suppliers onto the Hair & Beauty Souk platform. It is not an account management, customer service, purchasing or procurement role. The primary focus is supplier acquisition, supplier onboarding and marketplace growth. The successful candidate will be expected to actively progress supplier opportunities through qualification, onboarding and activation stages rather than simply generating leads, introductions or contact lists.
Success will be measured by the ability to identify suitable suppliers, secure meetings, progress commercial discussions and convert quality suppliers into active marketplace partners aligned with company strategy.
- Identify and engage potential suppliers across the UAE.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified supplier opportunities.
- Conduct supplier meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.
- Explain and promote the Hair & Beauty Souk marketplace model.
- Evaluate supplier suitability against company strategy and commercial objectives.
- Progress suppliers through qualification, onboarding and activation stages.
- Coordinate collection of supplier information: catalogues, pricing and supporting documentation.
- Work alongside internal resources to support supplier activation and product listing activities.
- Provide market intelligence regarding suppliers, competitors, brands and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier engagement activity and onboarding progress.
- Represent Hair & Beauty Souk professionally within the UAE market.
