Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Tele Sales

Vacancy Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility is to generate sales and revenue by engaging potential customers via telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries and advise on suitable services/packages through outbound sales campaigns
- Influence customers to purchase or retain products/services using prepared scripts
- Complete sales processing and documentation in the system
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain discipline and customer experience by adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensure service quality by following organizational standards
- Assure customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to team objectives
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback
