Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls for customers and individual companies for sales and retention in cooperation with Contact Center Services.
- Provide up-to-date, accurate, and appropriate information to customers and effectively interpret their needs.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of service standards provided, using call‑handling procedures at opening, during conversation, and while ending the call.
- Act as a sales consultant to advise customers on the right service they are looking for.
- Assure revenue growth by cross‑selling and upselling business products and services that match customer needs.
- Adhere to pre‑set performance and quality KPIs as per quality assurance guidelines and achieve assigned revenue, sales, and retention targets.
- Handle customer emails, send proposals, and complete requirements according to standard processes.
- Retain customers requesting cancellation by communicating retention offers selected based on customer value and churn reason, utilizing the retention tool and customized campaigns if any.
- Record all customer requirements and sales details in the system correctly.
- Understand reasons for customer dissatisfaction and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify improvement opportunities and proactively provide feedback.
- Use sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and other sales tools, tactics provided by the Etisalat team during the training period and by floor management after joining the team.
- Show a high level of compliance with Etisalat’s different processes and policies.
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in selling B2B products and services.
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
- Preferred:
Telecommunication (telco) sales experience.
