Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and generate sales
- Explain product service details clearly
- Convince customers to buy or use services
- Handle inbound customer queries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer database and records
- Achieve daily weekly monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Report sales activity to the manager
- Good communication and fluency in English/Hindi-Must/Telgu/Tamil/Tulu/Kannada/Gujarati/Malyalam languages
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Good listening and customer handling skills
- Confidence and positive attitude on calls
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not always mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Fresher to 1–2 years experience in telesales / telemarketing preferred
- Experience in call center or customer service is an advantage
- Sales experience in any industry is helpful
