Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify buyer and investor inquiries
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings, consultations and project presentations
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and investors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Negotiate terms and successfully close sales in line with company targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities
• Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends, property prices, payment plans and new project launches
• Develop a strong understanding of property opportunities in Sharjah, Ajman and other key UAE markets
• Represent DAA RK GROUP professionally during client meetings, viewings and industry events

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing situations
• Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Fluent English is required
• Additional languages, particularly Arabic or Russian, are an advantage
• Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• A valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage
