Overview
Hotel Sales Manager – full‑time position based in Ajman. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, meet targets, and oversee the sales team.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to ensure effective selling of hotel services and packages.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating the value of the hotel’s offerings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
- Preferred:
Egyptian nationality; open to all foreigners with sales experience. - No English language proficiency required.
- Competitive salary of $1300.
- Company-provided accommodation.
