Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities
  • Promote and explain the company’s financial services and solutions to customers in a professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term cooperation
  • Handle customer inquiries, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Follow up with leads, prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion rates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth processing of client requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications and sales activities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management
  • Negotiate with clients and guide them through the complete sales process until completion
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and financial products to provide effective recommendations
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Arabic (Emirati/Gulf dialect) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with clients
  • Previous experience in sales, banking, financial services, or customer relationship management is preferred
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions
  • Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of achieving sales goals and KPIs
  • Professional appearance with strong presentation and client‑handling skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, follow up effectively, and manage the full sales cycle
  • Knowledge of UAE banking products, personal finance solutions, or financial services will be an advantage
  • Strong network and connections within the UAE market, especially with potential clients and banking channels, are highly preferred
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
