Key Requirements- Strong knowledge of UAE/Gulf abaya market and sales trends
- Expertise in abaya fabrics, materials, and sourcing
- Strong skills in pattern making, cutting, and garment construction
- Deep understanding of design development and production process
- Strong sales experience with ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Ability to manage tailoring workflow and ensure quality control
- Strong overall industry knowledge with business handling capability
