Quotations & InvoicingGenerating itemized quotations, processing purchase orders, and handling cash or credit sales through the Point of Sale (POS) ERP system.
Inventory ManagementMonitoring stock levels, arranging displays, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and alerting management when materials need to be reordered.
Order FulfillmentCoordinating with the delivery and warehouse teams to ensure building materials are loaded, dispatched, and delivered to construction sites on time.
Supplier B2B CoordinationNegotiating prices on bulk materials, coordinating with suppliers, and sometimes conducting outdoor B2B visits to construction sites or local dealers to secure bulk orders.
Customer ServiceResolving customer complaints, processing returns, and building long-term relationships with regular contractors to secure repeat business.
Experience2 to 5+ years of proven indoor sales experience within the UAE hardware or building materials sector.
Industry KnowledgeDeep understanding of construction products, tools, and hardware materials.
Language Skills- Fluency in Arabic
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Hindi
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings or dimensions
- Strong negotiation skills
