Overview
As a Sales Manager for our company in Ajman you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the African market.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Managing a team of sales representatives.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Developing pricing strategies.
- Training and mentoring the team.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the African market with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in English preferred.
- Competitive salary of $1000 per month (without accommodation).
- Visa sponsorship.
- Frequent travel within Africa.
