Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce Greenloop s services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding quotations and service inquiries.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Explain Greenloop s waste collection, transportation, recycling and disposal services professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable service solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding customer requirements.
• Meet daily call targets and monthly lead generation targets.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare daily and weekly telesales activity reports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive selling skills.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in Hindi, Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
• Good negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
