- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors Generate sales leads through site visits networking cold calling and client meetings Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants developers MEP companies and project owners Follow up on upcoming and ongoing construction projects to secure material supply opportunities Prepare and submit quotations negotiate prices and close sales deals Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Maintain accurate records of customer interactions quotations and sales activities in the CRM system Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular sales reports Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
- 2-5 years' experience in construction project sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction projects and procurement procedures.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license.
