JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB CONTENT

• Communicate with potential buyers and provide them with all the required information.
• Promote sales of properties through available communication channels.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers and 3 rd . party agents to generate sales.
• Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Present purchase offers to potential buyers for consideration and advise them on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Negotiate prices and other sales terms with potential buyers.
• Accompany potential buyers during visits to properties and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• Prepare and complete all the documents related to sales of properties.
• Enter all date and information’s related to Buyers, sales enter properly in Company’s system.
• Expedites the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support.
• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.
