About the RoleConcepts
360 Plus is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and digital marketing, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build lasting client relationships, and promote our software solutions and IT services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's software solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals.
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Digital Marketing (preferably in the Software/IT industry).
- Candidates with experience in the Hotel & Restaurant industry are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and business visits when required.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
