Hotel Sales Manager United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman United Arab Emirates

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking events and partnerships
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotels facilities and services to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts rates and terms with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare weekly monthly and annual sales reports for management review

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Strong network of contacts within the local market is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary 1300$ per month negotiable based on experience
