We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As an Indian national, you will bring a deep understanding of the Indian market and culture to drive sales and growth for our company. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage a team of sales representatives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Indian clients
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth
• Prepare sales reports and present them to management for review
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of strategies

• Indian national, preferably based in Ajman or willing to relocate
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
• Strong understanding of the Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Salary: 900$ per month without accommodation
