Sales Manager - Egypt

We are a dynamic and growing sales company based in Ajman, looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team and lead our Egyptian market.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. It offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. Your main focus will be on the Egyptian market, so fluency in Arabic is required. You will also need to have excellent communication skills in English.

• Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
• You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing training and guidance, and monitoring their performance.
• This position requires someone who is results-driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• You should also have excellent negotiation skills and be able to work well under pressure.
• To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Egyptian market.
• You should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
