Sales Manager - Malayalee
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, with accommodation provided.
Requirements- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Knowledge of the local market in Ajman is preferred
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
