Sales Manager - Malayalee (Ajman, UAE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support for their success
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve results
• Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
