We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the region. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry developments
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth
• Train and mentor sales team members

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Preference for Indian or Egyptian nationality
• Valid visa with sponsorship available
