Sales Manager UAE

A reputable company in Ajman is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a proven track record of achieving sales goals

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
• Train manage and motivate the sales team
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely reports to management

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE market
• Fluency in English is required knowledge of Malayalam or French is an asset
• Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
