- Industrial fabrication
- Shaft manufacturing & reconditioning
- Gearbox repair & reconditioning
- Hydraulic cylinder repair
- Mechanical repair & industrial engineering services
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy
- Generate new industrial customers and business opportunities
- Build and manage key/strategic accounts
- Manage Sales Engineers and drive sales targets
- Monitor enquiries, quotations and order conversions
- Develop relationships with factories, OEMs, contractors and maintenance companies
- Maintain an active and disciplined sales pipeline
- Work closely with Engineering and Production on technical/commercial opportunities
- Drive repeat business, margins and customer retention
- 10–12+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Previous Sales Manager / Business Development Manager experience
- Experience selling engineering/manufacturing services preferred
- Understanding of machining, fabrication, hydraulics or industrial maintenance
- Existing UAE/GCC industrial customer network is a major advantage
- Strong negotiation and key-account management skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
