- Sales skills including Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage the sales process effectively
- Customer Service and Negotiation skills to build relationships
- handle inquiries and secure favorable agreements
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and fitness equipment to provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Basic understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies
- Previous experience in fitness sports or equipment sales is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and adapt to a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in outdoor equipment sales, fitness industry sales, or a related B2B sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the technical specifications and benefits of fitness equipment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
