Job Position – Sales Executive (Printing & Fabrication Industry)
Colors Pro Advertisement, a leading provider of large format printing, CNC router cutting, and laser engraving solutions
, is expanding its sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities across UAE
- Promote printing, branding, CNC & laser services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow‑ups
- Build long‑term customer relationships
- Work closely with production for timely delivery
- Proven UAE experience in advertising, signage, or printing
- Knowledge of materials like acrylic, MDF, PVC, vinyl, flex, etc.
- Strong sales closing skills
- Presentable, confident, and target‑driven
- UAE driving license preferred
- Attractive salary + commission

- Strong understanding of large format printing (Flex, Vinyl, UV, Eco‑solvent, Backlit, Roll‑ups, Stickers)
- Knowledge of CNC router cutting (MDF, Acrylic, PVC, ACP, Wood)
- Experience with laser cutting & engraving
- Familiarity with signage materials (Acrylic, MDF, ACP, PVC, Foamboard, Vinyl)
- Ability to explain technical processes to clients clearly
- Lead generation & client acquisition
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and job costing
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Market research & competitor analysis
- Managing key accounts
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Confident client presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into sales
- Professional and presentable personality
- Experience in UAE printing/signage market
- Existing client network (preferred)
- Knowledge of local market pricing
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Coordinating with production team
- Ensuring timely delivery of jobs
- Handling customer complaints professionally
- Maintaining sales reports and follow‑ups
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated
- Strong time management
- Problem‑solving ability
