Key Responsibilities
- Sports Item sales on good Commission basis
- Addition with bonus on daily sale
- Actively promote and upsell products highlighting features and benefits to drive sales
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a retail or sports-related environment
- A genuine passion for sports and a strong understanding of various athletic activities and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
