We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Bakers in Ajman, UAE. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and be a part of a diverse and inclusive work environment. No previous experience or English language proficiency is required for this role.

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other desserts according to recipes and company standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs or batters, then shape and bake them into finished products.
• Decorate pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, or sprinkling.
• Ensure all baked goods are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow proper inventory control procedures to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items.

• Must be an Indian national residing in Ajman with valid work permit.
• Passion for baking with a willingness to learn new techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
