Mason

As a Mason you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, chimneys and other building elements made of brick, concrete blocks, stone and other materials. You will assist in measuring and cutting materials, mixing mortar and grout, and laying bricks or stones according to established patterns or designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for construction by cleaning them and applying a layer of mortar or grout using trowels to spread mortar or grout evenly.
• Aligning bricks or stones using plumb lines or levels.
• Cutting bricks or stones to fit into place.
• Finishing surfaces by smoothing mortar joints.
• Cleaning up work areas after each shift.
• Adhering to all safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and work with construction tools.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and a basic understanding of construction techniques.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• English language skills are not required for this job but may be beneficial for career advancement opportunities.

This is an entry‑level position with a starting salary of $1000 per month in the city of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
