Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Our company is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team in Ajman. As a carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood or other materials. You will work on a variety of projects from building furniture to installing cabinets and framing walls.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials needed and the layout of the project.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to the project requirements.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, trim, and hardware.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role.
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, routers, etc.
• Knowledge of different types of wood and their uses.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail with good manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials as needed.
• No prior experience is necessary but a willingness to learn and grow in this field is a must.

• Experience working with different types of wood finishes e.g., staining.
• Ability to operate CNC machines for precision cutting.
• Valid driver's license.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Working hours are typically 40 hours per week but may vary depending on project deadlines. Our company also offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
