Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ajman.

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and appliances for any issues or damages.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment and appliances.
• Install new fixtures, equipment, or appliances as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi or Urdu; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Ajman.
