The Luxury Collection is seeking an experienced butcher to join our kitchen team in Ajman. Prepare meats to spec, maintain inventory, and ensure food safety and quality standards in a luxurious setting.
You will work under the Head Chef, train junior staff, and help with menu execution and daily specials. Prior butcher experience and a technical or vocational education are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in a high-end hotel environment.
