We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Ajman. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all carpentry projects on site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working in carpentry.

• Supervise and coordinate all carpentry projects on site
• Assign tasks to carpenters and monitor their progress
• Ensure that all materials and tools needed for projects are available
• Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Train new carpenters on techniques and safety procedures
• Inspect completed projects for quality assurance
• Maintain records of project progress, materials used, and expenses incurred
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina for strenuous work in various weather conditions
• Biometric passport for travel purposes

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided.
