Handyman/ Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national who is looking for an English-speaking job with flexible hours.

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and furniture assembly
• Handle plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty outlets and light fixtures
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
• Good communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have own visa (preferred)
• Prior experience working on a contract basis is a plus
