Location Ajman UAE
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong knowledge of handyman tasks and abilities. As a Handyman you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair duties in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and landscaping
- Inspect properties regularly for any issues or repairs needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners in a timely manner
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances or equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work done on properties
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general handyman tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and landscaping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English, knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required
Salary A competitive salary of 1000$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate
