Ac Technician

We are looking for an experienced AC Technician with hands‑on experience in air conditioning and chiller systems installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
. The candidate should have good knowledge of chilled water AC systems
, electrical maintenance, and the ability to understand and work with AutoCAD drawings
.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and chiller systems
  .
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and chiller equipment.
• Perform installation and maintenance of chilled water AC systems
  , including associated piping and components.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC and chiller systems.
• Perform basic to intermediate electrical maintenance
  , including checking electrical panels, wiring, motors, contractors, relays, and other electrical components.
• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, HVAC layouts, electrical drawings, and technical diagrams
  .
• Conduct regular inspection of AC and chiller equipment and identify potential faults.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Maintain service and maintenance records and report major faults to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.

• Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or a related field
  .
• Proven hands‑on experience as an AC Technician / HVAC Technician / Chiller Technician
  .
• Strong knowledge of AC installation and maintenance
  .
• Experience with chiller installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  .
• Practical experience with chilled water AC systems is mandatory.
• Good understanding of electrical maintenance and HVAC electrical controls
  .
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
  .
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical HVAC faults.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

3–5 years of relevant experience in AC, HVAC, chiller, and chilled water systems maintenance and installation.

Experience working with commercial, residential, industrial, or large-scale building HVAC systems.

UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
