Skilled Handyman Maintenance and Repairs UAE

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman UAE As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various properties both residential and commercial This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
• Perform repairs on plumbing electrical HVAC and other systems as needed
• Handle minor carpentry work such as fixing doors windows and shelves
• Paint walls and touch up any areas that need attention
• Install fixtures and appliances as required
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and painting techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Good communication skills with the ability to understand client needs
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed

• Monthly salary of 1600$ with potential for growth within the company
