Whizz HR is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong construction and site experience to join a growing team in Ajman.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a technically skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in construction projects and electrical installations
. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience with 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems, equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
.
- Execute electrical installation works across construction sites.
- Install, connect, test, and commission 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems and equipment
. - Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics
. - Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and other trades.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure electrical works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve technical issues on site.
- Carry out installation and servicing of electrical equipment.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, regulations, and project requirements
. - Support project teams in completing electrical works within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
- 2–6 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
, preferably in the construction/MEP industry
. - Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade
. - Strong experience working with 3-phase electrical equipment and systems
. - Construction site experience is mandatory/preferred
. - Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience in electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and site procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with construction/MEP experience will be preferred.
