Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our company's properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we welcome candidates of any nationality.

• Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Inspecting company properties regularly and identifying any issues that need to be addressed.
• Responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the installation of new fixtures or appliances.
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies when needed.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
• Valid own visa (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
