Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Additional project management certifications preferred
Experience
Minimum 25 years of experience in execution of large-value heavy civil infrastructure projects
Must have independently handled at least one   Rock Fill Dam Irrigation Project as Project Manager or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Director in overall project execution and delivery
Lead construction activities across dam, canal, pumping stations, head regulators, and rising main works
Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements
Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor resource deployment and productivity across multiple work fronts
Drive risk management, progress reviews, and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
