• Audit Work:
  Help with or lead HUD audit jobs from start to finish.
• Paperwork:
  Prepare and review financial statements and audit documents.
• Analysis:
  Check internal controls and accounting systems.
• Leadership:
  Mentor junior staff and review their work (Supervisor level and up).
• Client Care:
  Talk with clients and keep projects on schedule.
• Management:
  Oversee multiple jobs, budgets, and billing (Manager/Director level).
• Growth:
  Bring in new business and help the firm grow (Director level).
• Research:
  Stay current on HUD and GAAP accounting rules.
