As a Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for the bi‑weekly processing of payroll for 500-600 employees and participants. This position is also responsible for payroll and accounting data entry and for the time and attendance module ensuring accuracy of approved timesheets. Enter payroll adjustments into the system, process garnishments and manual and voided checks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• 4 years’ experience processing payroll. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Sage is preferred.
