Pharmacy Assistant – Scheduling (Job )
Type: Part‑time – 20 hours per week – Benefits eligible

ResponsibilitiesThrough the use of computerized systems, prepares and maintains data used to compile and process the work schedules and payroll for all employees and departments reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services. Maintains computer data information, personnel files, and attendance and benefit records. Performs payroll, scheduling, and benefit audits and researches and initiates steps to correct problems. Orients all Department of Pharmacy staff to payroll, benefit and scheduling policies and procedures.
Prepares, researches and compiles reports to provide managers with information used in budget monitoring and preparation; determining staffing levels/needs; and to identify personnel issues which require disciplinary actions. Provides clerical and/or administrative support for pharmacy management.
- High school level coursework in English, Composition and Basic Mathematics.
- One (1) year previous experience in payroll, benefits or records management.
- Six (6) months previous experience in a position that provided data entry keyboarding proficiency and proofreading skills.
- Light typing skill (30 W.P.M. with accuracy).
- Knowledge of PC systems, hardware and software, including experience in data entry and computerized reporting running in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office a plus.
$20.51/hr – $24.61/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range.
Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
