Job Title

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Preparation of engagement letters and contracts, setting up new client information in our systems
  • Collect and enter/download data from clients and review for accuracy
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
  • Prepares engagement letters and other correspondence with clients
  • Back-end processing such as printing, copying, filing, basic quality assurance and delivery of tax returns
  • Operates accounting and/or tax software to record, store and analyze data
  • Additional responsibilities and project work as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
  • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
