Automotive Technician Apprentice

Fred Martin Nissan is hiring an Automotive Technician Apprentice for our busy service department. If you have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical knowledge, and want to build a real career—not just a job—this is your opportunity. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full technician role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist technicians with repairs and maintenance
• Perform basic services and inspections
• Learn to diagnose mechanical issues
• Communicate with parts department for needed components
• Road test vehicles when needed
• Keep vehicles clean and protected
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety and dealership procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Basic automotive knowledge or schooling preferred
• Strong work ethic — shows up, stays busy, willing to learn
• Good communication and team attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and grow into more responsibility
• Valid driver's license
