We're seeking a motivated Used Car Technician to join our Service team. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and preparing pre-owned vehicles to meet dealership safety and quality standards.

• Perform comprehensive inspections on incoming used vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete reconditioning work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, and other repairs.
• Conduct road tests when necessary.
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Used Car Managers, and fellow technicians to meet reconditioning timelines.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience with Honda or other import brands is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
